25-Sep-11: The final day of the Balbriggan Community Safety Week took place on Sunday 25th September. The Audi A4 Roll over Simulator, the only one of it's kind in the country gave those brave enough to test it out, the chance to see how it would feel if you were a driver or passenger involved in a less than desirable road traffic incident.

Inside the Road Safety Authority (RSA) Trailer users got to test their driving skills in the car & bike simulators and to test their brake reaction time. They could also practice the driver theory test on board.

The Balbriggan Fire Brigade then performed a re-enactment of a rescue car crash where they secured a car and removed the roof to remove the passenger (dummy) inside. The Coast Guard Helicopter flew over the carpark to the delight of the crowd. Another great day out in Balbriggan!
