23-Jan-12: On Sunday, 17th December 2011 the parents and girls of the under 11 and 13 girls teams from Balbriggan FC took part in a sponsored 5k walk in Ardgillian to raise funds for new tracksuits and football kit. In total the team have 20 players who train twice a week and are doing really well in the league, the under 11 have a cup match on Sunday at home against Cabinteely FC .

The teams are managed and trained by Tony and Maria Nolan. Many thanks to all the parents who support the girls ever week and especially John McNally who helps with the training and Denise Walshe who is the club secretary/treasurer .
