The annual Balbriggan/North County Dublin church gate and public places collection for Irish guide dogs for the blind takes place this year on the weekend of Friday 16th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September outside of all churches and other public places in all of North County  Dublin including the following: Balbriggan, Skerries, Rush, Lusk, Balscadden, Oldtown-Rolestown, Garristown-Ballamadun, Naul, Damastown and Ballyboughal plus Bingo Balbriggan etc. The Garda permit covers us from 8 pm Friday night to 12 o’clock Sunday.

irish_guide_dogs_for_the_blindAll moneys collected goes directly to train more guide dogs for blind people and more assistance dogs for families who have a child with Autism. All collectors are total volunteers and give freely of their time to support the charity and will have a copy of the permit on them for anybody to see
