Another fantastic sunny day and great to see so many people out enjoying our lovely beach. Today saw some nice gentle breezes which made the heat more bearable and even threw up some small waves for the children to jump. There was some more bench painting even taking place. (more…)

Mini Heatwave forecast for the long weekend!

It looks like we are in for a scorcher as Ireland is expected to bask in temperatures of 21C as a mini heatwave is forecast for the May Bank Holiday weekend. Road conditions around Fingal are improving with the snow thawing however there is still some clean up to be done.  Down at Balbriggan Harbour the sea has thrown rocks and debris onto the roads and it is imposibel to head along the beach towards the Sailors grave.   There is a lot of sand on (more…)
