Bealtaine is a wonderful time to try out something new. Would you like to try yoga but find it difficult to sit/ lie-down on a yoga mat or stand for long periods of time? Chair yoga is a gentle alternative that will increase your flexibility, reduce stiffness, and help you de-stress using breathing and meditation techniques. Chair yoga can also be practiced by wheelchair users. This is a 75 minute session.
