Following previous successful schemes, Fingal County Council has decided to provide free parking in all pay and display towns across Fingal for the 3 Saturdays in December in the run up to Christmas.  The towns in question are Balbriggan, Malahide, Rush, Skerries and Swords and the dates are December 6th, 13th and 20th.
