Mr Bullbar Ltd is an established Dublin-based company specialising in the sales and fitting of towbars, roof racks, and 4×4 accessories to both trade and retail customers. We have an immediate vacancy for a Fitter to join our team.  Experience of auto electrics is essential for the role.

The position will involve:

  • Fitting towbars, roof-racks, bull-bars, and other van and 4×4 accessories
  • Helping to keep accurate and up to date job records
  • Maintaining the company’s standards and reputation for outstanding customer service

The successful applicant will ideally:

  • Have a mechanical qualification or equivalent experience
  • Have an aptitude for and experience in working with vehicle electrics
  • Have the skills and ability to work on all makes and models of vehicles
  • Hold a full, clean, B driver’s licence
  • Be fluent in English written and oral
  • Be confident, professional and hard working
  • Have the ability to work to high standards with excellent attention to detail
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

Full training will be given to the successful candidate. The position may suit an auto electrician, motor mechanic or experienced commercial vehicle body builder or panel beater.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.30.

Sales Administrator / Customer Service Vacancy (Published 12-Jan-18)

The company is based midway between Balbriggan and Drogheda in City North Business Campus, adjacent to the M1. The position is that of Sales / Customer Service Administrator, reporting to the operations manager. This is one of two direct sales / customer service roles in a small office.  The company sells laboratory equipment and associated consumables to a portfolio of blue chip companies, mainly in the pharma and biotech sectors. This position would suit an ambitious self-starter as there are opportunities for growth and development.

The position involves daily contact with customers and suppliers, and all associated administration tasks associated with supporting the companies own sales specialists who are operating away from Head Office. Tasks would include obtaining prices from suppliers, creating the parts on our stock systems, quoting customers, placing orders with suppliers, obtaining delivery estimates and updating customers, raising delivery dockets and invoices etc.

  • General admin work, including customer queries and supporting the customer service / operations manager and company director.
  • Excellent keyboard and PC skills (including word and excel) are necessary.
  • Prior experience with Sage and a CRM would be advantageous.
  • At least 18 months previous experience in a similar position is also required.
  • Ability to work on own self-initiative and make positive relationships with colleagues and customers is
    very important, as is a flexible, can-do attitude. 
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a requirement as there is continual communication with customers and suppliers.
  • A third level qualification in an associated discipline is also desirable – such as sales, marketing, or general business.

The Caretaker will play a key role in the smooth running of the school, ensuring classrooms and toilets are ready for pupils, maintain the building and grounds, attending to security, health and safety matters. Opening and closing the school. And any other duty that the Principal deems necessary.

While no specific level of education or training is required the Caretaker is expected to;

  • have a general knowledge of the role, including general technical skills.
  • have a basic knowledge in the areas of plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.
  • the ability to work on their own initiative.
