Jigsaw North Fingal offers a support service to 12-25 years old who live, work or go to school in the North Fingal area and wish to speak to someone about common concerns to mild mental health issues. We are located at Old AIB Bank, Georges Square  in Balbriggan.

Jigsaw North Fingal is currently open by appointment only. If you would like to make an appointment for yourself or a young person in your life, please leave us a message with your name and contact details. This phone is attended Tuesday thru Friday. We will respond to you within three working days. Please note that Jigsaw is not a crisis service, if you need support urgently, may we suggest that you speak to a trusted adult, your GP, or your local A&E department.

As part of the national Jigsaw network supported by Headstrong, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health, Jigsaw North Fingal aims to make sure that young people’s voices are heard and that they get the right support, where and when they need it.
