Here are some great old Balbriggan photo sent in by Mary & Hilary Reilly.  A rare action photo of Glebe Nth. vs Whitehall Rngs. in 1949 Leinster Junior Cup Final. From Balbriggan Street league to playing in front of a packed Tolka Park, in just a few short years, was a momentous achievement for players & officials. The Glebe players in the photo to the right of the goalpost are Martin Fanning, Franko Guildea & Hughie Reilly. The game ended in a draw with 5 Glebe players injured and unable to play in the replay which was won by Whitehall.
