Psychological Assessments for young people with possible ASD/ADD/ADHD

September 21, 2021 0

Friends of Autism/ADHD Ltd are delighted to once again be in a position to fund a number of Psychological Assessments for young people with possible ASD/ADD/ADHD. Should you be interested in making an application, please read the information below.

  • friends_of_autism_article_logoThese Assessments will be conducted by Dr. Ann Prosser, Psy.D, licensed, certified Clinical Psychologist and consist of an Educational/Clinical Assessment.
  • Along with the Assessment, Friends of Autism/ADHD provide a confidential Advocacy Service to any parent who wishes to discuss the possible impact of the Assessment and how to move forward after a diagnosis.
  • The cost of the Assessment is fully funded by Friends of Autism/ADHD; however, we would appreciate a contribution of 80 euro with each successful application. We receive no State Funding and this contribution will be put towards continuing our work in providing advice, help and information to those who need it.
  • We are only able to provide these Assessments as a result of the hard work and dedication of our staff and volunteers and also because of the generosity of all who donate to us and shop in our stores.

It is regrettable, but places for Assessment are extremely limited.

Unfortunately we will have to give priority to those from the Fingal Area and to those who have not previously been assessed.

Applications will not be accepted via any third parties.

APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY EMAIL to bernie@adhd.ie
