Remember Us Summer Programme continues…

Another great week in our summer camp  what  a summer we having Lots of fresh air and exercise. Tuesday we went to Glendalough for a picnic, nature walks, games and a paddle in the lake. Wednesday was Malahide  castle for more games, walks , picnic, playground etc. Wednesday night our adult group  have a media lab session where they will get behind the camera and in front of it interviewing each other. There will also be other aspects of media happening.

remember_us_special_needs_group_144x97Causey’s experience was the venue on Thursday. Members made brown bread milked the cow, bubble blowing, graffiti painting, bowran playing, dancing and They all finished off with jumping in the bog. Parents and volunteers were treated to homemade scones and jam. Saturday our adult members  headed to Tayto park for the day for lots of thrills!!!!.  Some members braved the roller coaster not once but many times.

Once again we have to thank our wonderful volunteers for giving up their time week after week to assist and supervise our members and for giving them the opportunity to experience so many activities and new ventures . Thank you. You are amazing!!!!!!
