Radek plans to open a pottery workshop and shop and the couple plan to turn some of the five offices located on the first floor into residential accommodation.  Alice speaks of their aim to attract loads of crafts into the area and currently have the smaller of the two shops the up for let.

Alice is no strange to the arts having worked  as a drama workshop leader for 18 years and through her company Wonderland Productions (which she founded in 2003) and leads and organises  drama, dance, music, clown, puppetry, design and lighting workshops in Arts Centres nationwide.  Alice has also written and  directed a large number of plays.

With the recent announcement of funding for Balbriggan town centre in which grants will be provided to assist landlords and commercial tenants to refurbish their shopfronts by way of design, painting and signage this new venture is an exciting boost for Balbriggan.
